Mrs. Director

Well, M is coming out of a four-year retirement and joining the City again. Director! His new staff (who were his colleagues) seem to be generally pleased. As I told them, they made him an offer he couldn't refuse. I guess I will be losing my chef and launderer! Will we be working the same type of hours? Will we carpool? Will I be home alone a lot more? The home alone is interesting! More time to quilt I hope!

My Board of Directors meets tonight! I am not ready for the meeting! Oh well, they will have to understand that with two moves in two weeks, the reports took a backseat!

On the quilting front...really nothing to report! None since Sunday! And none today! We are going into a three day weekend, so it sounds like a perfect time to sit back and sew! Have to list my projects too! Nothing like a good list to overwhelm us, eh?
