This is a pretty dull blog if I do say so myself...Am I that boring? Yesterday I had to bow out of my bus trip to the Vermont Quilt Festival, a real bummer! Instead I went to a friend's father's funeral. It was one of the nicest I have ever been too. They had a great choir, some really moving poems and eulogies. The theme for yesterday was that life is short and it is important to live it with passion and follow your dreams! I think everyone was feeling that.
Many of my friends, and M's new staff were there, so of course his new job was the big topic too. His boss was there too...well his boss as of tomorrow morning!

Next weekend...my Mother's 80th surprise party in our backyard! Are we ready?? Will have no choice but to be ready by Friday!
